MUNICIPAL COURT

Municipal Court is held once a month on the 2nd Thursday of each
month and begins at 6:30 p.m.  The Council Chambers are located at:

 Silt Town Hall
 231 N. 7th Street
Silt, Colorado  81652

Cases seen in court are for misdemeanors, bench warrants
and summons/penalty assessments. 


Prosecuting Attorney for the Town of Silt is Mr. Gene Duran

The Silt Municipal Judge is the Honorable Thomas Silverman

TICKETS (PENALTY ASSESSMENTS)

All penalty assessment tickets (associated with a dollar fine) may be paid in one of three ways:
It may be paid in person at the Silt Town Hall located at 231 N. 7th Street in Silt,
Monday through Friday from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. It can be dropped in the night
depository 24 hours a day, 7 days per week located outside the main entrance
to the Town Hall. Payments may also be mailed to the following address:

Checks may be made payable to:  Town of Silt

Please reference your ticket number on your check.  The ticket number is located in
the upper right-hand corner of your citation.  If depositing a cash payment in the night
depository, please indicate the ticket number on the envelope.
