Jack Castle

Jack has been with the Town of Silt since 2006, and has over 10 years experience in operations and maintenance, and holds an "A" license in both water and wastewater as well as a Level 4 Collection and Distribution license. 

Jack is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all sewage and treated water facilities, storage facilities and equipment.  He performs technical, operational, supervisory, and administrative work in the planning, construction, repairs, operations, maintenance and replacement of municipal water / wastewater treatment systems.  Jack ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, and performs a variety of complex water process control and quality analysis within a laboratory and plant environment to ensure compliance with regulatory and departmental standards.  His work involves responsibility for the care and efficient operation of the treatment plants associated with the water / wastewater systems.
