• Lot Line Adjustment - Lot Line Dissolution Checklist - This form should be used to assist in submitting a complete lot line adjustment/dissolution application below.
  
• Lot Line Adjustment Application - This form should be used to submit a complete lot line adjustment/dissolution application and plat.
  
• Special Use Permit Checklist - This form should be used to submit a complete special use permit application.
  
• Site Plan Review Checklist - This form should be used in order to submit a complete site plan application for commercial or multi-family dwellings.
  
• Minor Subdivision Checklist - This form should be used in order to submit a complete application for subdivisions with five (5) or fewer lots or condominium units.
  
• Commercial - Multifamily Site Plan Application - This Commercial & Multifamily (3+ units) Site Plan Review must occur before the Planning & Zoning Commission prior to building permit issuance and/or installation of new commercial or multi-family use.
  
• Annexation Petition and Application - County property owners wishing to annex should complete all forms, plus a land use application, in order to annex his/her property to the Town.
  
• Special Use Permit Application - Submit for those uses listed as a special use or not listed at all in SMC Chapter 17.13.

• Sprinkler System Checklist, Application - Each yard is limited to 3,500 square feet of irrigable space utilizing the Town's irrigation system.

• Solar Energy Checklist, Application - Use this form for solar energy installation with a miscellaneous permit application
  
• Deck Checklist, Application  - This form should be used in order to submit a complete miscellaneous permit application for a deck.
  

License Applications

• BEST Test Application - BEST Tests are administered Monday-Friday from 8am-12pm, on a first come, first serve basis
  
• Contractor License Application - A contractor license is required for any individual or company doing "work" within the Town with respect to building, repair or maintenance.
  
• Business License - A business license is required to commence or carry on any kind of lawful business, profession, vocation or occupation in the Town.
  
• Chicken Conditional Use Permit - This form is used by those requesting chickens in a residential zone district.
